Twas the Day After Thanksgiving
And all through the house
Only Erin was stirring
Like a Christmas Eve mouse...
The stockings got hung
The tree was so merry
The only thing missing
Was a mistletoe berry...
The hearth was aglow
With the candles' warm light
All quietly waiting
For a cool Christmas night...
The table was set
With all brand new dishes
The whole house was filled
With happy Christmas wishes...
When the clock struck midnight
And we sang without reason
The whole house was ready
For the BEST Christmas season!
