Busted
Well crap. For such a great weekend it sure ended on a not so great note. In the last hour I tried to put up my new shelves but some of the hardware was missing. Bust. Then I tried to make the first batch of toffee for the year and definitely flash burned the butter and sugar. That's not supposed to happen. Bust. And the final straw was that in burning the butter and sugar I think I might have ruined my brand new super pan. Triple bust. Bring on the week...

it took me and Justin four batches to finally figure out the butter and sugar nonsense. it was pretty much a disaster but batch number five was pretty perfect toffee... :)
